Annually 15 to 18 younger applicants from Russia, the CIS countries and other nations are admitted to Ph.D. programs that are certified at the ISKRAN. A normal Ph.D. course lasts 3 years. The prospective students must pass three admissions exams: foreign language (Russian for non-Russian residents), philosophy and an exam in the field of their proposed specialization (political science, economics or history).
