POST-GRADUATE PROGRAMS

The ISKRAN grants Ph.D. degrees in the fields of international politics, world economy, and global history.

Annually 15 to 18 younger applicants from Russia, the CIS countries and other nations are admitted to Ph.D. programs that are certified at the ISKRAN. A normal Ph.D. course lasts 3 years. The prospective students must pass three admissions exams: foreign language (Russian — for non-Russian residents), philosophy and an exam in the field of their proposed specialization (political science, economics or history).

The annual tuition fee is $ 5,000. A “distant learning” form for foreign nationals is available.
